Glendale room for rent in Glendale, AZ

I'm looking to transfer my San Prado apartment room lease contract (still has 9 months left to go). Apartment is shared with 2 other MWU students (males), but only 1 of them is mostly staying there. It is a master bedroom with its own bathroom. Utilities are not included, however, it is split 3 ways between the other 2 roommates. Great place for a MWU student since its directly across from school. Safe neighborhood, includes pool/jacuzzi and gym. Can move in immediately. I'm also willing to lend my bed, computer desk, night lamps, and coffee table to you for the duration of the lease. Message me for further details or any questions.
